·6. Any club secretary who files the MMR electronically through the LCI website does
not need to email the DG a copy of the club MMR. The DG will pull a copy of the
electronically filed reports the day following due date from the LCI website.
District 31 a Newsletter
The newsletter is an informational tool for the clubs to use. The Newsletter will publish
many articles as possible to help the clubs inform each other about the happenings
around the district. The editor has requested a deadline of the 15th of each month to
provide enough time to edit and publish the newsletter.
